Proposed project is to replace the existing 6’ x 44’ round precast concrete culvert at milepost 5.815 on Ceres Hill Road in Lewis County, WA; SW ¼, SW ¼ of Section 7, T13N, R3W (Figure 1). This culvert is estimated to be 0% passable due to an outfall drop of 12 inches and a slope of over 3%.
